We had some more cuts and sets, with everyone enjoying a good pamper!

We had a lovely St George’s Day in the home! We had a lovely chilled colouring session with some St George’s themed pictures!
The Fieldings in Sutton-in-Ashfield
One of our amazing staff members made these lovely cakes for the residents to enjoy for St George’s Day. They went down well with a good cuppa!
Tuesday 26th
Riversway in Bristol
Riversway Pub club is back! We had lots of fun games, music, good food and lovely company! Everyone had a wonderful afternoon.
The Fieldings in Sutton-in-Ashfield
Earth Day was last Friday, so we made and painted bug houses along with a birdhouse to put up in our garden.
It was such a fun activity, everyone enjoyed taking part!

We just love going bowling, everyone has such a wonderful time when we go out!

One of our lovely residents made this wonderful sign for Sping at Cherry Tree! We all think he did an amazing job!
Wednesday 27th
Oakdene in Mansfield
Colin got busy at our allotment with some planting and watering. He’s very pleased with how it is coming along!
Fieldings in Sutton-in-Ashfield
We had a lovely trip out to the local bowling alley! Everyone had so much fun. It’s always nice to get out of the home and enjoy some activities together.

Barbara enjoyed a lovely pamper! She had a washed and blow-dry whilst we listened to some Cliff Richard After she enjoyed a cake and a cup of tea, we also FaceTimed her daughter to let her see how lovely her hair looked!
Thursday 28th
Barons Park in Kirby Muxlo
Some of our residents took a trip to the Hollywood Bowl for a game of bowling and pool! It got very competitive however everyone had lots of fun! We then went to the Hobby Horse pub for a carvery! It was a lovely trip out and was enjoyed by everyone.

Thank you to our local Co-Op for the donation of flowers! We handed them out and popped them in the windows for our lovely residents to enjoy!

21st of April is the day Haile Selassie first visited Jamaica, an important day for Rastafarians.
To celebrate we cooked up some BBQ Chicken and Rice and had a small garden party! Everyone had a wonderful time!

We got busy making Tiffin!
We had to do lots of stirring, melting, mixing, and smashing up the ingredients. Whilst we baked, we had lots of chats about what we used to bake and what our favourites desserts are.
Once all done we had a slice of our Tiffin with a cuppa after, it was delicious!
