Meadow View in Alcester
We had a very enjoyable afternoon doing some creative arts and crafts for the Jubliee celebration.
Riversway in Bristol
We were pleased to have the lovely Shannon back at Riversway Singing for us once again.
The residents enjoyed ice cream and were singing away. Connie and Bridget were even dancing to the music.
We had lots of smiles and happy faces.
Shannon has a beautiful voice we are looking forward to her next visit.

Riversway in Bristol
Today we had a trip down memory lane looking at lots of pictures of the Queen and chatted about the upcoming celebrations for the Jubilee. We also coloured in some flags and enjoyed tea and cookies!
Stoneygate Oaklands in Leicester
Last weekend we decorated the outside of the home ready for the Jubilee celebrations. Everyone thinks it looks amazing and are looking forward to our street party celebrations.
Oakdene in Mansfield
We had a lovely trip out for lunch. Always nice to be able to get out and enjoy ourselves, everyone loved the food.
Wednesday 1st
Stoneygate Oaklands in Leicester
We have made a start on a Queen’s Guards Box, which we will have on display for the Jubilee. Whilst painting, we talked about the shapes, colours, and details that we would like to add.
Oakdene in Mansfield
We had a wonderful day out bowling. We had some games of ten pin bowling followed by some arcade games and lunch. Our lovely residents really love going, and we always have sun a fun time.
Riversway in Bristol
We took the Riversway sweatshop around. We had lots of happy faces as everyone picked a treat of their choice!
Thursday 2nd
Lutterworth Country House in Bitteswell
We had a special Queen’s Jubilee party. We enjoyed the British classic of tea and scones. We also had some wonderful British themed cupcakes whilst enjoying some music. We finished off with a sing-song of God Save The Queen! Everyone had such a wonderful time.
Riversway in Bristol
Joyce enjoyed a pamper session, having her hair washed and set.
It looked beautiful and she absolutely loved it.
She had a nice cake and coffee while she had her hair done.
Oakdene in Mansfield
We took a little trip into town to enjoy the Market and a bit of shopping. We also had a cheeky ice cream.
Friday 3rd
Meadow View in Alcester
We had the wonderful Trevor Santini come in and put on a show for the residents. Everyone had a brilliant time playing and singing along!
Riversway in Bristol
Bridget, June, Brenda, and Edward enjoyed some fresh fruit smoothies in the garden.

They picked the fruit of their choice and enjoyed a refreshing drink and a lovely sunny afternoon.

Last weekend we took a trip to our local to enjoy a Sunday dinner.
Everyone had a wonderful time, and all really enjoyed the grub.
Saturday 4th

We welcomed back Andy T to Riversway.
We had a fun-filled afternoon with lots of singing and dancing.
We all enjoyed an ice cream while Andy sang some well-known songs.
It was so much fun, we can’t wait for him to visit again soon.
Sunday 5th

Riversway Pub Club is back!
We had lots of fun listening to our favourite music and having lots of lovely snacks and drinks of our choice.
