Oakdene in MansfieldWe took a lovely trip out for some bowling fun. Everyone always has such a wonderful time and so nice to spend some time together out the home.
Little Acres in NuthallOn Friday our lovely residents decided that they wanted to visit Matlock in Derbyshire. We enjoyed a steady stroll along the river taking in both the views and fresh air before stopping off for our favourite of fish and chips. We all had a fantastic day and made many memories.

Lutterworth Country HouseTo start our Queen’s Platinum Jubilee celebrations we had a lovely visit from a very gentle pony called Silver. The residents loved the surprise visit.

Riversway in BristolWith the upcoming celebrations of the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee, we took around lots of different pictures of the queen and of the past jubilee celebrations to all our residents so that we could reminisce and have lots of lovely chats together.
Lilly celebrated her 86th Birthday on 25th May. We decorated her room with balloons and banners to celebrate the occasion. She loved her card and flowers from Riversway and we sang a few church hymns to Lilly which she says she really enjoyed!

Stoneygate Road in LeicesterWe had a wonderful afternoon in the home with some of the residents getting ready for the Jubliee. The residents have been painting cutouts of their hands, as will be using them for our Platinum Jubilee decorations.

Lutterworth Country HouseOur Queen’s Platinum Jubilee celebrations continue with a fun game of Royal bingo, followed by some Queen themed paintings. The residents had so much fun taking part.
Riversway in BristolWe have started our Jubilee Celebrations. We made these lovely Pom Poms in Red, White, and Blue! We plan to hang them up when we have our jubilee party. Everyone enjoyed making them and we had lots of chats about the royal family and what the Queen’s Jubilee means.
Seacroft in SkegnessWe had a wonderful visit from some Ponies! All the residents really enjoy the surprise. They brighten up everyone’s day!

We had our church service. We sang lots of beautiful hymns and had refreshments while we spoke about our churches.
We also sang to Lilly and Rosanna in their rooms because they couldn’t make the service, they were very happy!
