Tuesday 21st
Meadow View in Alcester
The residents received these lovely cards from a Year 9 class of a local school. Everyone loved the pictures and messages that the children sent in!
They would like to say “thank you to the children and we wish them all a very Merry Christmas!”
Riversway in Bristol
Look at these cute little snowmen, and we made them from socks! We enjoyed hot chocolate with Santa marshmallows and a cherry Bakewell cake, whilst we sang Christmas carols and made snowmen, it was a brilliant afternoon!
Wednesday 22nd
The Fieldings in Sutton-in-Ashfield
Our lovely residents turned some Candy Cains into Reindeer using some pipe cleaners!
We think they turned out fantastic!
Riversway in Bristol
We made these beautiful peg Christmas tree decorations! We glued together the pegs and added some beautiful gem stickers and put a ribbon on to hang from the tree! They will look wonderful on our Christmas tree at Riversway! We also had tea and cakes, because Christmas!
Thursday 23rd
Riversway in Bristol
Stella made this beautiful Christmas gingerbread tree!
She decorated the biscuits with icing and sprinkles and made it look wonderful!
She had a lovely chat with Teresa while they were busy working
Bridget really loved the flowers we gave her!
We had some extra so we put some in vases for the other residents to enjoy!

We did some Christmas Cookie making and decorating ready for Christmas!
We think they turned out amazing they tasted just as good!

Seacroft in Skegness
The residents finished putting up the Christmas decorations and are now really getting in the festive spirit.

Riversway in Bristol
We were very lucky to have Andy T back in Riversway for a Christmas special sing-along, and we had even a few Elves to join in with the fun!
We had a raffle after and the residents picked out the winners, followed by a fantastic Christmas buffet for their tea.
Mark and Anne Louise were able to do a beautiful Christmas Carol service for us all!
We sang lots of lovely Christmas Carol and enjoyed a cuppa tea and cake.

Kelly enjoyed a very messy sensory session to make some Marbel Wrapping Paper for her Christmas Gifts!
She enjoyed it so much that we have decided to have some sensory sessions in the new year!
And don’t worry, she enjoyed a nice long bath after!
Kirklees in Grimsby
The residents at Kirklees in Grimsby have been making cookies and gingerbread men with the help of Michaela and Lisa. They enjoyed eating them as much as they enjoyed making them (if not more) afterwards too.

Christmas Day
Riversway in Bristol
We made this little grotto in the activity room, we took photos of the residents to send as cards to their families as a Christmas gift.
We would like to wish you all a Very Merry Christmas from everyone at Riversway!
We handed out the Christmas stockings yesterday and hung them on wardrobe doors, ready for the big day today!
Everyone was so excited to find out what they will open!
