Monday 6th
Netherlands in Horncastle
A couple of the ladies requested a trip to feed the ducks! So we did just that, and then we stopped off for hot chocolates and a slice of cake 😋🍰 It was a lovely morning out.
Riversway in Bristol
We had lots of fun in the lounge playing lots of different games. After, we handed out some jammy crumpets, which everyone said was a nice treat!
Oakdene in Mansfield
We surprised both Stuart and Leeroy with a cake for their birthday this weekend. They loved the surprise, and we made sure both had a wonderful day!
White Acres in Shepshed
A big thank you to Sally, who brought in some of her Pets for a visit.
Everyone had a brilliant time meeting the animals, getting some hugs and helping to feed them.
Tuesday 7th
Oakdene in Mansfield
A massive Happy Birthday to Keith, who celebrated his Birthday over the weekend.
He loved his birthday cake!

Lyndon Croft in Solihull
We ran another relaxation session for our wonderful residents. This time we added some nice lighting with some tea lights and fairy lights to create a nice dim light atmosphere. We ensured there were no trip hazards and escorted the residents to their seats where needed. The residents really enjoyed the session, and we feel it brought some variety to the weekly group sessions.
Riversway in Bristol
We made some bird feeders to help feed the birds in this freezing weather we have been having. We covered cardboard paper rolls in peanut butter, then rolled them in bird seeds and hung them on the trees. We had birds and little animals feeding on the big iPad everyone enjoyed watching this while we were busy working.
Chamberlain Court in Bedworth
We had a magician and comedy afternoon in the home! The Residents had a lovely afternoon with lots of laughter. They got to help with some of the tricks, it was such good fun!
Wednesday 8th
Charnwood Oaks in Shepshed
A massive well done to the whole team on achieving a 5 Star Food Hygiene Rating! This is a huge achievement, you should all be so proud of the result!
Loran House in Hull
We had a wonderful joint party for 3 of our lovely ladies who just celebrated their birthday!
We had a live entertainer, singing some of our favourite songs. A few of the residents enjoyed a good dance and everyone love the buffa we put out.
It was a brilliant birthday bash!
Riversway in Bristol
We made some delicious S’mores and Smokey.
We enjoyed a lovely natter with a cuppa, in the posh cups, whilst we listened to and sang along to lots of old music.
Oakdene in Mansfield
Everyone in the home loves the Arcade room.
It gets used on a daily bases with everyone really enjoying the air hockey table the most.
Thursday 9th
The Fieldings in Sutton-in-Ashfield
A big Shout Out to Rebecca Hole and her Team for a job well done. They have received fabulous feedback from the Social Work Team regarding a safeguarding process that was dealt with in a highly professional manner. Well done to Rebecca and all the staff involved.
Oakdene in Mansfield
We took a trip into town for a spot of shopping. It was a lovely trip out and everyone managed to get some bits they wanted and needed.

Fun in the lounge with balloons! The team had lots of fun with great coordination!
Loran House in Hull
We had another wonderful session with Lion learners in the home! They brought in some amazing animals to meet all the residents! Everyone had such a wonderful time meeting the fuffy and scaly critters, we cannot wait for the to visit again!
Friday 10th
