We received this outstanding review on carehome.co.uk! A massive well done to the incredible staff team ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘ “This home was excellent in the care it provided, from the domestic staff, catering, carers and management; everyone was approachable and acted on requests/concerns promptly or at the earliest possible time (i.e. needs a haircut, nails need cutting). Was treated with care, dignity and respect at all times. They also dealt with the pandemic while still giving excellent care to the residents.โ€
