Riversway in Bristol
We welcomed back Rosie to Riversway once again with her chair exercise!
The residents had so much fun with the pom-poms, singing lots of songs and interacting with the actions to the songs that Rosie was showing them!
Oakdene in Mansfield
Philip wanted to go out in the snow that came down so quickly yesterday. Lucky, Maxine also wanted to enjoy the snowfall and both went out to enjoy the cold!

Baking with Linda is back! This time we made delicious apple and fresh cream turnovers with a drizzle of chocolate over the top 😋
We had lots of fun baking and listening to some old-time music as we worked.

Joan came up with the brilliant idea for a in home post box for all the residents and staff Christmas cards this year.
So quick design she got on with making it and we think it came out amazing! Brilliant work Joan!

June, Joyce, and Wilfred enjoyed a little reminiscing session looking at all the old papers, photos, and books!
We all enjoyed tea and cakes whilst we did and found it all very interesting.

Cherry Tree Lodge in Lincoln
A huge congratulation to all the team at the Cherry Tree Lodge in Lincoln for achieving a 5-star rating on their recent Food Hygiene Rating.
This is a brilliant achievement, well done all!

We received this wonderful thank you card from a family member of a resident who sadly passed away recently.
It’s such a wonderful read!
Kirkless in Grimsby
Just before the re-enforcement on masks a few of the residents enjoyed a nice trip out to see the wonderful Winterland the city had become.
They also got to enjoy a nice cuppa and doughnut whilst out, it was a wonderful day!

Riversway Cinema is back, and this we were showing Peter Rabit!
Everyone got to enjoy the show with a nice ice cream, it was a lovely afternoon.
Saturday 4th
Riversway in Bristol
We popped in with some flowers for Mo and she absolutely loved them!
She enjoyed smelling them and we put them in a vase for her to see and display in her room!
Oakdene in Mansfield
We enjoyed a lovely mix of activities.
The jigsaw is impressive if not a little challenging and who doesn’t enjoy a good game of bingo?
Sunday 5th
Riversway in Bristol
We welcomed Simon who belongs to Headley Park Church to do a beautiful service for us earlier this week!
We sang hymns and had some lovely poems and readings from the bible, everyone really enjoyed it!
Netherlands in Horncastle
The residents have been busy painting and decorating baubles to hang in the dining area for some festive cheer.
We can’t wait to show you what they look like!
