Riversway in Bristol
David enjoyed some one-to-one time. He had a locket hand massage with Lisa and Linda. He enjoyed a juice and some chocolate buttons and the whole session made him very relaxed!
Oakdene in Mansfield
We took a small trip out for a pudding and a drink. Sometimes it’s nice just to get out for a little treat.
Tuesday 14th
Oakdene in Mansfield
Two of our wonderful residents took a lovely walk to the local shop to pick up some treats and enjoy the nice weather.
Riversway in Bristol
We have made these beautiful flower planters for the windows. They match the table flowers we have recently made they are bright, cheerful and are full of bright summer flowers. We put different essential oils on the silk flowers to give them a real smell effect. We think they look very real they really brighten up our beautiful home, everyone has said how lovely they look.
Lutterworth Country House in Bitteswell
We had some royal visitors! We celebrated the Queen’s Official Birthday this Friday with a lovely afternoon in the garden sunshine with icecreams & refreshments enjoyed by all. Our resident Penny did a robotic dance wearing the Camilla mask, making everyone laugh!
Wednesday 15th

A massive well done to the whole team on retaining a 5 Star Food Hygiene Rating! This is a huge achievement, you should all be so proud of the result!

The baby deer was back in our activity garden. Looks like the deer are eating our strawberry plants!

Friday 17th
Middlefield in Gainsborough
A huge well done to the whole team for an outstanding Infection Prevention and Control inspection. It is fantastic to hear how well the inspection went, you should all be so proud of your achievement!
Oakdene in Mansfield
We had a one-on-one game of Air Hockey. It was a very close game!
Riversway in Bristol
We enjoyed a bread-making session. The smell was amazing, and the texture when we were mixing and kneading the dough brought us lots of memories of our childhood. Once done, we enjoyed jam on our bread and cheese in our bread rolls! It was such a lovely afternoon with lovely company.
Saturday 18th
Oakdene in Mansfield
We had a fun group games session with different activities being chosen by the group. Everyone had such a wonderful time playing together.
Riversway in Bristol
We got together to enjoy Riversway Cinema Club! We decided on an old classic and a home favourite film, Charlotte’s Web. Everyone enjoyed ice cream and had a lovely afternoon.
Stoneygate Road in Leicester
We took a trip out with one of our lovely residents to see the amazing British rock band, The Hollies, at De Montfort Hall. He had such a wonderful time!
Sunday 19th
Riversway in Bristol
Riversway in Bristol had pizzas in the garden with some of their lovely dads to celebrate Father’s Day.
They had a few drinks, listened to some music and enjoyed a pizza with the toppings of their own choice.
We made these cakes to hand out as a little sparkle to all our lovely Riversway dads.
They were all very pleased with their little cakes.
