The gifts where loving donated by Dunelm in Thurmaston, and the residents loved the surprise.

The residents had a lovely Boxing Day lunch of “Picky Bits” with a variety of sides to choose from.
The wonderful Kirsty Sargeant also made a special lunch following the IDSSI training for one of their residents.

On Christmas Eve morning, some of the residents and their family members took a walk down to The Salvation Army and enjoyed a wonderful Christmas Eve carol service followed by a mince pie and a cuppa.

Over at Overfields & The Fairways, they kicked off the Christmas season with a big old party!
Staff dressed up in Christmas costumes and put on an amazing spread of food for residents, guests and staff!
