We are all constantly faced with different pressures, whether its professional or personal. At PrimeLife, we understand these tensions can be extremely overwhelming, so we have teamed up with Health Assured to provide the Employee Assistance Programme (EAP).

 

The EAP is a confidential, free service for PrimeLife Employees, and designed to help deal with personal and professional problems of employees, that may be affecting home or work life, health, and general wellbeing. It is a set of resources to help not only individual staff members but also act as a support network, that we can direct staff to, if they ever find themselves in difficulty for emotional or financial reasons.

 

Right now, we are all under excess pressure from the COVID-19 pandemic, and the uncertainty has caused more stress and anxiety. Our workforce has shown immense resilience, and we hope the resources this service provides can help us all manage the stress and pressures better.

 

The programme provides expert advice and compassionate guidance 24/7, 365 days a year, covering a wide range of issues. Please note, these services are for PrimeLife employees only.
