Chamberlaine Court in Bedworth

Well done to Chamberlaine Court in Bedworth for receiving this outstanding review on Google! A massive well done to the incredible staff team 👏👏   “I visit this home regularly as a healthcare professional to see a majority of the residents here. When I attend, I am always greeted by the manager who is always very welcoming and fantastic at what she does. The staff are very attentive to the needs of the residents and if I require any assistance with any of the residents to carry out what I need to do the staff are more than happy to help. The home is clean, the residents always seem happy and, if not, are shown compassion and understanding to bring back to the positivity the home is full of. I attended today for example and the home was running slightly short on staff due to illness, the manager Liz jumped straight into the action to assist with duties which I rarely see and I visit around 35 care homes not many managers leave the office. Liz is absolutely brilliant at what she does and runs the home in a fair concise manager ensuring the wellbeing of the residents and her staff and that what is provided is a home from home environment for peoples love ones. Now Liz is in charge and with the warmth and kindness that is displayed, I would be happy for my loved ones to live their knowing that their needs are met and the care they would receive is second to none. The home has completely changed in all positive ways thanks to Liz the new manager and any past reviews I feel now are irrelevant due to the changes made and it is now a place I feel proud to visit and be a part of the care regime for the residents.”
